Street Legends

Hello my name is Timothy Williams and I've been a huge fan of graffiti since the year 1972 to this very day.
What I would like to present to you is the top five nyc graffiti street bombers of all time. I'm not going
to include average heavy hitters I'm writing only about the best of the best period. I have a huge knowledge
on just about every generation that ever existed when it comes to graf. Before and after the train era
vanished I've been traveling around the entire new york to keep up with current affairs.

In the late 70's to the early 80's the first all city writers was oe(tmd) and p13. These two dynamic duels
had certain parts Brooklyn on lock down. Although they was not volume writers believe me they made their
marks. I'll travel through out queens and noticed they'll throw a couple of throw ups where it counted.
This is the pattern these two legends used in the Bronx and Manhattan as well. These two dudes don't get the
credit they deserve that's due to everyone pointing their attention to the transit system..

Between the early 80's to the beginning of the 90's was called the JOZ and EASY era. These years was
extremely important, simply because graffiti was on the brink of extinction. Giving these two the title
"legend" doesn't give them enough credit. While the NYC transit authority was taking control many was
frighten and believed graffiti was going to be no more. JULIO 204 was probably the first writer but
taki 183 made it famous. If this was the BIBLE I'll call them the old testament. The ones that started
the new testament would be JOZ and EASY. They took the whole entire graffiti nation and literally
carried it and brought it back to life. They inspired huge amounts of writers even some established
legends such as seen, cope, pj, and plenty of others. These two graf lords took graffiti to a level
that was unheard of. Plenty of people agree they was the most up in graf history. They utterly
destroyed NEW YORK, Just imagine driving hours upon hours and all you see is easy and joz sometimes a
josh5.

Easy and Joz did not only had one or two tags on a block but back to back on each gate in ny and
I'm not including the highways they destroyed and everything else in each borough. They destroyed
newyork so bad in their primes plenty of writers was force to stop because they couldn't keep up with their
onslaught, It was an amazing site to see. To this very day no one has never got up like these two
graph lords and I doubt that will ever happen again. Many have tried but fell short to the most up guys
in graph history. Yo easy, I see you doing your thing again. Brother I know it's good for newyork but
you have nothing to prove, you and joz is pioneers of street bombing. Easy you need to go over seas and
reap the benefits because you're the real deal brother. Be Safe....

From the early 90's to this very date ja has been the most prolific bomber in graph history. Twenty
years plus and still doing it with ruthless aggression. When Joz and Easy finally stopped ja was crowned
king of NY. This guy would hit everything known to man, he's what you call a natural bomber. This guy
was involved in countless wars and made each and everyone of them bow down, losing wasn't an option.
When ever your in the soho area of Manhattan you'll see ja has total control of all the nyc trucks by far
no one else comes close. Jaone is the last real nyc bomber this city has to offer.

My next blog will be about the top five train bombers of all time....

a graffiti legend is a legend! Stay High-149, super kool-223, You would have had to put the work and time in to get that title, and a king is a king by any other name s/he would still be a king. One can not make themselves kings just because they are trying to make it in the commercialize world.

Hey my name is Priscilla and I was wandering through google, searching for images of my dad’s tags and masterpieces and I came across this article you wrote. My dad is OE (TMD). He is sitting right next to me, and I read him the article. He just wants to thank you for your recognition and admiration. It really means a lot to him. So thank you for noticing, taking pictures and keeping his past alive. :) keep it up.
Writing to you from Brooklyn, Priscilla and OE- the MASTER of destruction.
